Do your spreads have any added preservatives?

No. Every nashto jar is made with no added preservatives - that's why we make each one fresh by hand and recommend refrigerating after opening.

What sweetener options are available?

Depending on the spread, you can choose from Unsweetened, Monkfruit, Jaggery, or Dates-sweetened. Not every spread is available in every sweetener - check the Menu section above for exact combinations.

What sizes do you offer?

Most spreads come in 100g and 250g jars. Hazelnut and Pistachio spreads are also available in 100g and 250g.

Do you deliver, and where?
